So, the customer services offered should be inline with the needs of the customers. Moreover, the customer services should be satisfactory. The customers should be satisfied with the quality of services being offered. This will make it easy for the firm to attract customers. Additionally, good customer services should be reliable. Reliability is important when offering customer as it helps attract clients. Also, the customer services should be of high quality. Poor quality customer services make it difficulty for the company y to attract customers. The company should ensure there is open communication when offering various services to the customers.
Open communication helps the seller understand the customer better and hence reduce conflicts. The customer services should be offered in the right manner. The seller should be able to listen to the customers when offering customer services. This will make it easy for the seller to understand the customer. Most of the customer services offered by the three stores do not adhere to criteria identified above. The customer services offered by the three stores are not of high quality. In addition, the customer services offered by the three stores are not timely and satisfactory. Most of the services offered by the three stores are not satisfactory as they do not fully meet the needs of the client. The customer services strategy used by the three stores fit into the overall image of the company.
