The internet has brought a lot of changes in modern life. Many organizations have used the WWW internet technology as a platform for testing and recruiting applicants (Baron and Austin 2000). Many research questions can be analyzed to study the influence the internet has had on the recruiting process. what does the use of internet led t finding the highly talented applicants and is the care in the internet similar to those dome in paper and pencil? What creation can be used to establish the advice and validity impact (Ling, 2000)?
This will be a qualitative research method which will employ the uses of two verifiable. The control group is those who use paper and pencil traditional form of recruitment. The method for the research is through the use of questionnaires and interviews.
The major benefits for online recruitments is that they are more efficient, fast and even save the user from expensive expenditure. The internet recruitment also makes employees to interest in job hunting through the internet, thus making the employers get the best applicants. The development and practices in the internet as used by organization gives the basics of conducting new research on the aspect of online recruitment (Blakely &. Lee, 2002).
