The maintainers are the cleaners, carpenters m, gardeners and electricians.
All the departments in the health care facility work together as one unit. This means that the personnel working in the hospital rely on one another. No single department can work also. From study of the structure of organization of a hospital we can see that there is a chain of command which starts with the board, then to the administration. The administration is an umbrella department that has the information department, therapeutic department, diagnostic department and the support department. The managers, nurses, doctors, physicians, social workers and the engineers have various roles to play in ensuring high quality service to patients.
